Company

"Company" refers to Art Culinarian, and "Client" refers to any person or entity utilizing the services provided by the Company.

Commitment to Service

Art Culinarian, led by Chef Brian M. Frank, promises to provide exceptional private chef services, tailored to meet the client's needs and preferences. We prioritize quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction to ensure an unforgettable culinary experience.

Permanent Cancellation of Services

Permanent cancellation of services can occur at any time by either party (Company or Client). As a courtesy, we ask for notification as soon as possible, and we will ensure that we notify the Client of any necessary cancellations or changes promptly.

Payment

Payment in full is due on the date of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties (Company & Client). Late payments beyond 48 hours may incur a fee of $10 per day until the balance is paid in full. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee. After two returned checks from the same client, alternative payment methods will be required.

By booking a service with Art Culinarian, you agree to these terms and provide explicit authorization for your chosen payment method (credit/debit card, ACH, check, cash, or any other payment provider).

Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

In the event of cancellation within 144 hours of the scheduled event, Art Culinarian reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the agreed service fee. Any cancellation or rescheduling request made more than 288 hours before the event will not incur a penalty. Art Culinarian will make every effort to accommodate changes based on availability.

Hazardous Conditions

Art Culinarian will not handle hazardous materials, including but not limited to biohazards, fire hazards, or any dangerous substances. If such conditions are present, the event may be canceled or rescheduled at the Company’s discretion, and the Client will be notified immediately.

Art Culinarian offers a variety of private chef services, including but not limited to:

Tasting Menu Experiences

A curated multi-course menu prepared and served on-site for intimate gatherings or larger events.

Private Dinner Parties

Tailored menus designed for personal or family events, executed with precision and care.

Exclusive Catering Services

Specialized catering for special occasions, offering high-end, chef-driven meals.

No-Show or Late Cancellations

In the event of a no-show or a cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled event, Art Culinarian reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to up to 100% of the service fee. Repeated cancellations may result in the termination of future service agreements.

Force Majeure

Art Culinarian is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, acts of government, or any other unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of the service.

Privacy Policy

At Art Culinarian, we respect your privacy. Any personal information, including contact details, event preferences, or payment information, is collected solely for the purpose of delivering our services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Art Culinarian takes great care in handling property and ensuring client satisfaction. In the unlikely event of any damage or loss, clients must notify us within 24 hours. Art Culinarian is not liable for any pre-existing damage, faulty equipment, or general wear and tear.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of Art Culinarian and is protected under intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Sites

Our website may link to third-party sites for your convenience. Art Culinarian is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

Amendments

Art Culinarian reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to any revisions made.
