  • 7 Course Menu: 145 - 165 P/P

  • 9 Course Menu: 175 - 195 P/P

  • Wine and Beverage Pairings: Curated to complement your taste and preferences.

  • Charcuterie Spread: Chef-selected cheeses and meats with fruit, spreads, and fresh baked bread. 25 P/P

  • Hand Passed Hors D’Oeuvres: Three Seasonally inspired, bite-sized culinary creations. 35 P/P

* Prices shown are subject to change based on market price and seasonal availability.

* A minimum contract of $650 is required for all bookings.

What’s Included: Chef Brian’s expertise from initial consultation to event execution, careful procurement of ingredients, meticulous preparation and cooking of your menu, flatware and silverware, attentive service throughout the event, custom keepsake menus and complete clean-up afterward.

Auxiliary Staff: Parties of 4 or more require additional staffing. This will be discussed with client and included in the proposal.
